JUDGMENT
The challenge in the writ petition is the issuance of temporary permit. When the matter came up for consideration today, the counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 submits that the temporary permit has been surrendered.
The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek appropriate relief before appropriate forum, if so advised.
