J U D G M E N T
On 4.11.2011, an interim order has been issued in this
case directing renewal of stage carriage permit of the petitioner for a period of five years from 14.1.2010 on condition that the petitioner has complied with all other conditions necessary for such renewal. The counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the said interim order already granted by this Court, no further orders are necessary to be issued in this case. For the above reason, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 4.11.2011 referred to above.
