Petitioner filed a complaint before the Ombudsman and the complaint was numbered as OP 357/04. When the complaint was taken, the petitioner was absent. Therefore, Ombudsman dismissed the complaint by Ext.P3 order. It is this order which is challenged in this writ petition.
