JUDGMENT
The writ petition was filed in 2009 seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 5 to shift the Toddy Shop run by the sixth respondent. The licence was for a period of one year and therefore the licence that was issued to the sixth respondent has expired. Even otherwise, according to the petitioners, shop is not functioning in the objectionable location.
Therefore, this writ petition is closed without prejudice to the contentions raised.
