JUDGMENT

The writ petitioner has approached this Court with the following

prayers :

i) Direct the 2 nd respondent to report 150 vacancies of HSSTs (Economics) available at present to the Public Service Commission for direct recruitment.

¶33

ii) To direct the 2 nd respondent to make good the deficit number of vacancies to Public Service Commission for direct recruitment. iii) To direct the 3rd respondent to report 50 vacancies of .H S A. (Social Studies) in Ernakulam District to Public Service Commission. And

iv) Such other reliefs this Hon ble' Court deems fit and proper to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.

The learned standing counsel for the PSC submits that the Rank List has already expired. In the said circumstance, nothing further survives to be considered by this Court. The writ petition is disposed of, recording the submission as above.
