Sri.Elvin Peter P.J., takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

The case of the petitioners in the writ petition was to have the DCRG, commuted value of pension and regular pension released, to the extent they were eligible in tune with Exts.P55 and 56. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition was disposed of, directing the concerned respondent to give effect to Exts.P55 and 56 and disburse the due amount to the writ petitioners in accordance with law at the earliest, at any rate, within one month.

The review petitioners (K.S.E.Board and others) have now approached this Court stating that the manner and mode of payment have been specifically dealt with in Exts.P55 and 56 and the payment has to be effected in a phased manner, as provided

therein and this being the position, the rider placed by this Court in the judgment, to effect the disbursement 'within one month' is an error apparent on the face of the records; which hence is sought to be rectified by filing the present Review Petition.

After hearing the learned standing counsel for the Board and also the learned counsel for the writ petitioners (who happens to be the respondents in this review petition), this Court finds that the rider placed by this Court to have the disbursement 'within one month' is obviously an error apparent on the face of the records and hence that portion is deleted, however sustaining the direction to give effect to Exts.P55 and 56 in the manner as specified therein.
