JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to be given to the respondents 2 and 3 to publish staff fixation order of the petitioner's school for the academic year 2011 - 2012 and 2012 - 2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been projected by filing Ext. P1 representation before the first respondent and that the same is still to be acted upon, which made the petitioner to approach this Court by filing the present writ petition for appropriate relief.

The learned Government appearing for the respondents submits that the competent authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner is none other than the 3^rd respondent. It is also pointed out that Ext. P1 has been preferred before the first respondent and not before the 3^rd

respondent. It is also brought on record that the relevant G.O. dated 01.10.2011 fixing the staff pattern in respect of academic year 2010 - '11 will continue.

After hearing both the sides and also considering the

grievance projected by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, relegating the petitioner to file a proper representation before the 3^rd respondent, upon which, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed by the said respondent in accordance with law, of course, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition before the third respondent for further steps.
