J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is the registered owner of a stage carriage bearing Regn.No.KL-8 R 8561. Ext.P1 is the demand notice issued to the petitioner for payment of motor vehicle tax for the period from 1/6/2010 to 30/9/11. On its receipt, petitioner filed Ext.P2 appeal before the 1st respondent along with Ext.P3 application to stay the recovery. According to the learned Government Pleader, the appeal is posted to 8/10/2012 for final hearing. It is in the meanwhile apprehending recovery action, the writ petition is filed.
