JUDGMENT
It was brought to the notice of this Court on 16.01.2009 that the petitioner was no more and the learned counsel for the petitioner wanted time to implead the legal heirs. Since, no steps were taken, the matter was listed again on 22.07.2011, when two weeks time was sought for to cure the defect, which in turn was granted. Even after one year from the said date, no petition has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the petitioners.
In the said circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as abated.
