ORDER
The prayer in the Review Petition is as follows :
“For these and other reasons to be urged at the time of hearing it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to review the Judgment dated 25.09.2012 in W.P.(C) No. 18904 of 2012 of this Hon'ble Court.”
Obviously the Writ Petition was considered and disposed
of with respect to the prayers raised in the writ petition. There is no case for the review petitioner that the relief sought for in I.A. No. 11829 of 2012 was also sought for in the writ petition or that the said aspect was argued at the time of final hearing of the writ petition. There is no error apparent on the face of the record to call for review of the judgment. Review Petition is dismissed.
