Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for KSRTC.

The case of the petitioner is as follows:

The petitioner is working as an empanelled Conductor at Aluva Depot of Kerala Road Transport Corporation. He was recruited through Employment Exchange and posted to Ernakulam as per Ext.P1 memo. Later, he was transferred to Aluva Depot. He had performed duty at Aluva without any break up to 11.03.2007. Thereafter, he could not attend duty due to rheumatic complaints. He has made Exts.P4 and P5 representations before the first respondent.

In that view of the matter, there will be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of Exts.P4 and P5 representations submitted by the petitioner within one month from today, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
