J U D G M E N T
In this writ petition, petitioner challenges Ext.P1, the public
notice for sale of immovable property published by the Bank to the extent it contains clause No.12, which reads thus;
“If there are no bidders, the Bank reserves the right to bid the property for the reserve price fixed.”
submits that although such a condition has been incorporated in the sale notice, in the sale which is to take place pursuant to Ext.P1, the Bank will not be taking advantage of clause 12.
In such circumstances, recording the submission made, the writ petition is closed.
