J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, the permit holder in respect of a vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL-8 G 2163 conducting services on the route Ernakulam-Guruvayoor has filed this writ petition complaining of delay in the disposal of Ext.P8. According to the petitioner, the 1^st respondent has granted a permit against the traffic regulations implemented as per Exts.P3 and P5 proceedings. On the basis of the grant, Ext.P2, a timing conference is proposed to be conducted for settling the timings of the 5^th respondent. Therefore, the petitioner requests for the issue of appropriate directions for considering Ext.P6.

respondent, it is only appropriate that the said authority considers the grievance of the petitioner, in the first instance.

This writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 2^nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, Ext.P6 in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate at the timing conference that is scheduled to be conducted on 16.07.2012.
