J U D G M E N T

The petitioners are seeking for a direction to the Government to complete the steps regarding the framing up of Rules with respect to Section 7E of the Kerala Land Reforms Act.

When the matter came up for hearing on 27.06.2012,

the learned Government Pleader on getting instructions submitted that steps for framing the Rules have already been initiated and the process is going on at the Government level.

¶52

In the light of the fact that steps have already been taken, the same will be expedited for enabling the parties like the petitioners to approach the Land Tribunal.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
