J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator conducting services on the route Kozhikode-Areacode via Edavannappara and Medical College. The petitioner's timings were initially settled on 03.06.2002. However, later while settling the timings of other services, the petitioner's timings were modified. Accordingly, as per Exts.P3 and P4 the departure timings of the petitioner have been changed. The petitioner has submitted Exts.P5 and P6 applications seeking the incorporation of the said modified timings in his time schedule. The petitioner complains that no orders have been passed thereon till date.
