The writ petition filed by the writ petitioner was disposed of in the following terms:
“In the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 reply to the show cause notice (Ext.P4) and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till a decision is taken as above, the punishment proposed to be imposed on the petitioner, as indicated in Ext.P4, shall be kept in abeyance. Needless to say, petitioner shall be afforded sufficient opportunity to be heard before taking any decision in the matter. Petitioner shall produce a certified copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent for compliance.”
