The Contempt of Court Case is filed by the petitioner alleging non compliance of the interim orders passed by this Court as per Annexures-A2 and A3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the directions have been complied with and the petitioner is appearing for the examination, which fact is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner also.

Therefore, in the light of the fact that the respondent has complied with the directions within the time provided, it is not necessary to proceed under the Contempt of Courts Act. The Contempt of Court Case is closed accordingly.
