This review petition is filed by the petitioners on various grounds. While admitting the review petition, this Court passed an interim order on 12/03/2010 wherein, after hearing parties, this Court directed the University
to postpone the examination which was to start from 15/03/2010 and to conduct the same on or after 05/04/2010 and it was further directed that there shall not be any further postponement once the new date is fixed by the University.
