JUDGMENT
This is a case wherein the petitioner alleges that in spite of the direction issued by this Court in Annexure I judgment, no amount has been deposited by the respondent pursuant to the award in O.P.(MV) No.1915/01.
15,17,186/- and by remitting the amount on three different occasions (lastly on 27.2.2012), the entire amounts have been deposited. But the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an amount of 2,65,929/- is further due. This is a matter which the petitioner can raise before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in execution proceedings.Recording the fact that `15,17,186/- has been deposited by the respondent, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
