ORDER
The writ petition was disposed of directing the DEO to consider and finalize Exts.P5 and P6 in the light of Ext.P1 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner and also to the respondents 2 and 3 as specified therein. The review petitioners have approach this Court stating that, though notice in the writ petition was served to them as early as on 14/9/2012 intimating the date of hearing as 24/9/2012, they were under the impression that, they were having time for filing the counter affidavit till 14/12/2012 and hence they could not turn up when the matter was finally heard and disposed of on 5/10/2012. This Court does not find it as a tenable ground to call for the power of review and there is no error of apparent on the face of the records.
