Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the Family Court, Kannur to dispose of Exts.P1 and P3 within a time frame and at any rate before the current academic year goes out. Ext.P1 is a petition filed by the petitioner for restitution of conjugal rights. Ext.P3 is the petition filed by the petitioner for permanent custody of the minor child under Section 25 (1) of the Guardians and Wards Act 1980. It is submitted that pleadings are complete. We feel that it is for the petitioner to approach the Family Court itself and pray for early consideration of the matter. Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek earlier disposal of the above-said cases, the Original Petition (Family Court) is disposed of.
