This original petition under Article 227 of the Constitution has been instituted by the petitioner, who is the petitioner in Exts.P1 to P3 and the respondent in Ext.P4 cases pending before the Family Court, Kollam, seeking direction to the Family Court for an early disposal of these four cases.

2.Having regard to the submissions addressed before us by Sri.Jayapradeep V. learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. Gohnson Gomez learned counsel for the respondents, we are of the view that in view of the submission that the cases are ripe for trial, the original petitions can be disposed of in the following terms;
