The petitioner filed O.P.No.241 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court, Thodupuzha against the respondent for custody of her minor daughter. The petitioner also filed O.P.No.479 of 2011 against the respondent before the Family Court, Thodupuzha for dissolution of marriage. The above Original Petitions are pending. The prayer in the Original Petition (FC) is to direct the Family Court, Thodupuzha to dispose of O.P.Nos.241 and 479 of 2011 expeditiously. The respondent has no objection for early disposal of the aforesaid Original Petitions.
Accordingly, the Original Petition (FC) is disposed of directing the Family Court, Thodupuzha to dispose of O.P.Nos.241 and 479 of 2011 expeditiously.
