J U D G M E N T
The only prayer urged at the time of hearing is for a direction to the respondents to issue a free copy of the Award in Arbitration Case No.30/2009 passed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Ext.P7 memo reflects that the petitioner can receive a free copy of the Award from the office of the Arbitrator. I have no doubt that the Arbitrator will issue a free copy of the Award to the petitioner on demand without insisting for the payment of fee to the Arbitrator.
No further directions are called for and the original petition is disposed of.
