J U D G M E N T
The only prayer urged at the time of hearing is for an early disposal of an Appeal Suit arising out of a decree in a suit for permanent prohibitory injunction. The petitioner contends that the pendency of the appeal prejudicially affects his right to work as a Santhi in a temple administered by the Cochin Thirumala Devaswom. It is for the petitioner to move appropriate application in the Appeal Suit to advance the hearing and include the same in the list for disposal. The court of the Subordinate Judge of Kochi shall on receipt of any such interlocutory application in A.S.No.1/2012 on its file shall deal with the same expeditiously and in accordance with law. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the Appeal Suit before the court closes for summer recess in the year 2013.
No further directions are called for and the original petition is disposed of.
