As desired by both sides, these three appeals were referred to the High Mediation Centre for mediation. Accordingly, the cases were entrusted with Adv.Sri.C.E.Unnikrishnan, one of the mediators attached to the Mediation Centre.

We find that mediation conducted by him is successful and memorandum of mediation settlement agreement has been filed before this Court along with the report of the mediator under Rule 24 of the Civil Procedure (ADR) Rules, 2008. The above memorandum of mediation settlement will form part of this judgment.

In view of that settlement, we dismiss Mat.Appeals Nos: 845/2011, 849/2011 & 850/2011 as withdrawn. We direct the parties to abide by all the terms and conditions of the mediation settlement agreement. Mat. Appeals are dismissed in view of the mediation settlement agreement with directions.
