Mat.Appeal 654/11 is also filed by the husband challenging the decree passed against him in O.P.297/10 by the Family Court for recovery of Rs.1.5 lakhs and 122 grams of gold ornaments. Mat.Appeal 763/11 is filed by the wife challenging the order in O.P.No.1574/10 for permanent alimony.
