The appeal arises out of O.P.No.1020 of 2009 on the file of the Family Court, Kozhikode. O.P.No.1020 of 2009 was filed by the appellant for a declaration that the property scheduled therein belongs to the appellant and that the respondent, his wife, has no manner of right, title or possession over the said property. The Family Court dismissed the Original Petition.
