The Mat. Appeal is filed by the petitioner in O.P.No.189 of 2009 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvalla, challenging the dismissal of the claim for recovery of an amount of ` 14,62,000/-.

A memo is filed by the learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 stating that the disputes between the parties were settled and a sum of ` 9 lakhs was paid to the appellant on 16.2.2011. It is also stated that the marriage between the appellant and the first respondent was dissolved as per the order in O.P.(Div.) No.183 of 2011, on a joint petition filed by the parties under Section 10A of the Divorce Act.
