This appeal was referred to the High Court Mediation centre as elements of settlement was noticed. We are happy to know that the case was successfully mediated by Adv.K.Latha, one of the mediators attached to the High Court Mediation Centre. The mediation agreement is placed on record. We have gone through the mediation agreement. We do not find any thing unlawful about the same and the same will form part of this judgment. We dispose of this appeal in view of the mediation agreement.
