This revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 4.6.2012 in C.M.P.No.3442 of 2012 in C.C.No.361 of 2010 passed by
the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Chittur whereby the learned Magistrate declined to grant permission for withdrawing the prosecution. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this revision petition. Permission sought for is granted. Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
