No representation for the petitioners today also. Petitioners are stated to be accused persons in a crime involving offences punishable under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention Act). Quashing of the criminal proceedings thereof is sought for by filing the petition invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. After going through the petition, I find no sustainable ground in exercise of the inherent jurisdiction of this Court for the reliefs canvassed for.
Crl.M.C. is dismissed.
