The Registry shall get in touch with the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Karunagappally and ascertain whether C.C. No. 2 of 2002 in which Suresh the petitioner herein is the accused, if so, intimately connected with C.C. 594 of 2002, that disposal of both the cases in quick succession is warranted and if so, the reason as to why the Magistrate is proceeding with C.C. No. 2 of 2002 alone.
