O R D E R
As per the order dated 12.2.2007 in B.A.No.734/2007, first respondent was granted bail but with a specific condition that the said accused should report before the Investigating Officer between 9 AM and 11 AM on all Wednesdays. It was reported by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, based on the report submitted by the Investigating Officer that the said accused did not comply with the condition. If that be so, the bail granted to the petitioner herein would stand cancelled. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate can issue non bailable warrant against the accused and take appropriate steps against his sureties also. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate can proceed in accordance with law.
This Crl.M.C. is disposed of accordingly.
