J U D G M E N T
Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that the direction in Annexure-A1, an order passed by this court in writ petition(c). No.30205/2010 has not been complied with. By the said order, this court directed the respondent to survey and demarcate the 3 acres of property said to have been gifted by the petitioner, by virtue of gift deed No.3158/81 of the SRO Thaliparamba. The case of the petitioner is that though survey was conducted as directed ,3 acre property was not demarcated in Annexure-A1 sketch prepared. However, learned Government Pleader has made available the files which contain a report of the respondent which indicates that the plot marked as A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,j in Annexure-A1 sketch, according to the respondent, is the 3 acre plot gifted by the petitioner. Since the position is clarified as above, there is no reason to proceed further with the matter any more.
Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed.
