J U D G M E N T
It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for
the respondent that the directions of this Court have already been complied with and that a communication dated 16.06.2012 has been issued to the Executive Engineer showing the amount that has to be paid to the petitioner. It is also submitted that the amount has been paid by Cheque No.70877 dated 16.06.2012. The petitioner therefore submits that this contempt case may be closed but without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to challenge proceedings referred to above. This contempt case is accordingly closed without prejudice to the rights of
the petitioner.
