The petitioner alleges disobeyance of the directions in Annexure-A1 Judgment. Learned Government Pleader on getting instructions submitted that an order has been passed on 28/05/2012 which is in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner then submitted that the petitioner wishes to challenge some of the factual aspects stated in the order. It is made clear that the petitioner will be free to challenge it before appropriate forum.
