This is an application filed alleging non compliance of the directions in Annexure-A1 Judgment. Learned Government Pleader on getting instructions submitted that proceedings have been issued as per G.O.(Rt).No.1521/12/H&FWD dated 05/05/2012 rejecting the claims of the petitioner.
