JUDGMENT

The petitioner has already completed LL.B. course from the Government Law College, Ernakulam during the academic year 2007-2010. This writ petition is filed by him mainly with two prayers.

Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the results of the petitioner's second and fourth semester examinations were declared and he has passed the examinations. The petitioner was allowed to participate in the allotment process for LL.M. course.

On 28.3.2012 this Court directed that if there are any seats which may become vacant, the petitioner shall be considered for that seat. When the matter came up for further hearing, it was submitted by the learned Government Pleader that all the seats have been filled up and at present there is no vacancy in any of the Government Law Colleges for LL.M. course 2011.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the event of any of the seats become vacant in future, the petitioner's case may be considered. The authorities will consider the claim of the petitioner along
