Non issuance of corrected mark list of the 12^th standard

and the migration certificate to the petitioner, is alleged to

be in violation of the directions in Annexure-A1 judgment.

However, based on the instructions obtained by the respondent, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner

has not paid the required fee for the issuance of the certificates and therefore, the certificates are not issued.

Taking note of the submissions, C.O.C is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to pay the fee payable for the issuance of certificates and on payment of which, certificate shall be issued to the petitioner, without delay.
