The petitioner alleges non compliance of the order passed by this Court in IA No:12981/2011.

Learned Government Pleader submitted that the

1^st respondent has already issued directions in the matter. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined on 16.11.2011, but the learned counsel submits that there is a break in service now. The stand taken by respondents 2 and 3 is that the petitioner did not attend the school for some days. The petitioners will be free to pursue remedies in the matter.
