Heard the counsel for the petitioner and also the learned

Government Pleader.

While Annexure-A1 judgment was rendered on 25.5.2012, respondent was directed to consider an application made

¶34

by the petitioners under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act. A time limit of 8 weeks from the date of production of a copy of the judgment was also mentioned in the judgment. It is complaining of non-compliance with this direction, this petition has been filed.

Learned Government Pleader submits that copy of the judgment was received on 31.5.2012 and that after hearing parties on 24.7.2012, respondents passed orders and communicated the same to the parties. Thus the facts stated by the Government Pleader shows that the respondent has complied with the directions. Therefore, no case of wilful disobedience has been made out for further proceedings.
