J U D G M E N T
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the above contempt matter, the subject matter involved has attained a different dimension, in so far as the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation decided to issue a fresh tender and the rights and interests of the parties concerned have been taken care of, as per the judgment rendered by this Court in W.P.(C) No.33806/2011. As such, nothing further remains to be considered in this case, submits the learned counsel.
In view of the above submission, all further proceedings in the contempt matter are dropped and the case is dismissed accordingly.
