JUDGMENT
This contempt case has been filed alleging willful disobedience with the directions of this Court in the interim order dated 13.7.2010 in W.P.(C)No.20517 of 2010. As per the said interim order,
this Court issued a direction to the second respondent to retain the petitioner as Lecturer in Vedanta in Government Sanskrit College, Thiruvananthapuram. However, the petitioner was posted as Lecturer in Government Sanskrit College, Tripunithura. Now, it is evident that taking note of the interim order the petitioner was posted to Government Sanskrit College, Thiruvananthapuram and he is continuing there. In the circumstances, I do not see any reason to proceed further with the contempt petition. Accordingly, recording the position this contempt petition is closed. It is made clear that the right of the petitioner for further continuance in the present college will ultimately be a matter to be decided in the writ petition.
