Petitioners are the accused in Crime no.354/2012 of
Vizhinjam police station, Thiruvananthapuram. The offences alleged against them are under Secs.294(b), 506 (1) and 332 r/w Sec.34 of IPC.
Considering the gravity of the offences, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is, hence, dismissed.
