ORDER
Fourth accused is the petitioner in Crime no.601/2012 of Irinjalakuda police station, Thrissur in B.A.2639/2012. Accused 1 to 3 in that crime are the petitioners in B.A.2801/2012. The offences alleged against them are under Secs.143, 147, 294(b), 324, 307 and 427 r/w 149 of IPC. It is alleged that the petitioners formed themselves into an unlawful assembly and attacked the complainant, who was travelling in a vehicle and caused damage to the vehicle and also inflicted injuries with such knowledge that their act was likely to cause the death of the victim.
