ORDER
Petitioner is the first accused in Crime no.977/2009
of Varkala police station. He is the husband of the complainant. The offences alleged against him are under Secs.403, 406, 498A, 42 r/w 34 of IPC. It is alleged that from 09.11.1998 onwards the petitioner has been subjecting the complainant to physical and mental cruelty demanding 100 sovereigns of gold, car, house etc.
In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.20,000/-

(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the officer obtaining the bond as above. If not arrested, the petitioner will surrender before the learned Magistrate having jurisdiction within 10 days from this date and will seek regular bail. The learned Magistrate will grant bail to the accused on his executing a bond for Rs.20,000/and on such other conditions the learned Magistrate may deem fit to impose.
