JUDGMENT

The petitioner is presently working as Nursing Assistant at

Public Health Centre, Edarikode. By Ext.P6 order, he has been transferred to Government Taluk Hospital, Tirur. The petitioner submits that to enable the petitioner to join at Tirur, a person working at Tirur, who is the 3^rd respondent herein, has been transferred to Kootayi which is a remote place. The 3^rd respondent is not very happy in going to Kootayi whereas the petitioner's residence being near to Kootayi, he can be accommodated at Kootayi. The petitioner submits that against the transfer, the petitioner has filed Ext.P5 representation and if the 3^rd respondent is willing to be continued at Tirur, a solution acceptable to all concerned can be arrived at. Therefore, the petitioner seeks a direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 in that perspective.

dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 in the above perspective, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the 3^rd respondent, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
