JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings, more so, in view of the pendency of the Cr. R.P No. 18 of 2011 before the Additional District and Sessions Court (Wakf Tribunal), Kollam.
