The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that armed with the interim order dated 07.04.2011, necessary repairs have been undertaken. The boat jetty is made serviceable now. In these circumstances, no further specific directions are necessary in this petition now. Though a petition has been filed to implead an additional 4th respondent, in the circumstances of this case, this matter need not be further proceeded with and proceedings can be discontinued, it is submitted.
